How It Works
Symptoms as Symbols
Examples: A sore throat might mean you’re not expressing yourself (a block in the throat chakra or a past-life silencing). Chronic back pain could signal carrying burdens from this life or another. Say you’ve got recurring stomach issues, this might mean you’re “not digesting” something in life—maybe fear or a tough decision.
Listening and Responding
You’re encouraged to “talk” to your body—ask it what it’s trying to say. Meditation, journaling, or simply paying attention to patterns (like when pain flares up) helps you tune in.
