Your Session

What to expect at your QHHT or BQH session:

1. Chat
We begin by chatting for awhile so I can get to know why you want a session and what you are looking to get out of the session. We will talk about the areas of your life that you are seeking clarity and healing on and we will also review your questions for your Higher Self. This is a safe space for you to open up about events in your life, family, traumas, health, ect. Your session is completely confidential and free of judgement.

2. Guided Consciousness Exploration
You will be gently guided into a deep relaxed state through visualization and sensory techniques, just like a guided mediation. You are in control of where you go and what you see. I am simply there to ask the questions and guide you through the experience. You will be shown the scenes and experiences that you most need to see that will help you on your current journey. You will then connect with your Higher Self and get clarity and answers to questions you have and receive energetic healing if appropriate. Your trust and belief in yourself as well as your desire to heal are key elements to your success.

3. Reflect & Ground
You will then be gently guided awake to the present day and time and it will feel as if you’ve awoken from a nice little nap. We will take some time to reflect on the session and information that came through. I encourage you to eat a snack to help groiund your energy.

Questions for your Higher Self or spirit guides:

The most common questions asked are related to purpose, career, relationships, and health, but there no limits to what you can ask. Allow yourself to become curious, be comfortable with feeling the freedom to ask anything you want! Below are some sample topics to get you started.

  • Mission/purpose – why are you here
  • Relationship troubles/disharmony/how to improve
  • Finding love
  • Repeating patterns/toxic relationships
  • Lost time
  • Dream inquiries
  • Paranormal encounters
  • Guidance on wellness/diet/activity/meds/supps
  • Symptoms/disease/illness
  • Addictions/bad habits
  • Pets/animals
  • Death/loss

Preparing for your session:

  • If you’ve never meditated before, I recommend you start a practice prior to your session, even if it’s just a few minutes each day. It is not a requirement, but it may help you have a deeper connection to your Higher Self
  • Prepare your list of questions/topics to discuss with your Higher Self
  • Reduce or abstain from alcohol for a few days prior to your session if you can (this allows your nervous system to relax)
  • Eat a nutritious breakfast (avoid excessive caffeine)
  • Take your normal medications/supplements
  • Dress comfortably
  • If you wear contacts, consider wearing glasses since your eyes will be closed for about 2 hours
  • Trust yourself, & let go of doubt…be in a state of allowance as you relax and enjoy the exploration of your soul…your Higher Self will provide you with exactly what you need

Tips to help you get the most out of your session:

  • The key to a profoundly deep and insightful session is your willingness to surrender, allow, and let go. Release the need to control what you experience, release any beliefs you have about being hypnotized, release self doubt, and release expectations. Be in a state of flow rather than resistance. Everyone can be hypnotized, it all comes down to your willingness to allow and let go.
  • Partake in a mindfulness practice if you don’t already, such as meditation, breath work, yoga, journaling, art in any form, tai chi, ect…anything that allows you to practice presence, focus, & relaxation.
  • As I gently guide you into deep relaxation, PICTURE & IMAGINE everything that I am telling you in as much DETAIL as you can.
  • When I ask a question, always TRUST and say the VERY FIRST THING that comes to you. (The more you do this, the easier it gets.)
  • When I ask you to see and imagine something, see it in as much DETAIL as you can. (This further activates the right brain and helps you to go DEEPER.)

    After Care

    Your session produces a frequency shift for you, and for some, this process takes a few days for full integration. I recommend the rest of your evening to not have any social engagements as to have that time for quiet reflection. Many times the after effects of your session are full of exciting confirmations, synchronicities, powerful shifts, and enlightening insights for you.

    • Eat a meal as this will ground you
    • Have a quiet evening and an early night if you feel a bit sleepy
    • You may have vivid dreams for a few nights following your session
    • Listen to your recording – this is a huge part of your healing and integration
    • Listen to your body – hydrate, rest, & ground as needed

    The guided exploration portion of sessions are digitally recorded and a copy of the recording is emailed to you within 24 hours of your session. Listening to your recording is a critical component in the integration and healing process. Even if you feel like you remember alot of your session, many clients are surpised by how much they hear that they didn’t remember. The information, advice, and wisdom is there for you to take in, absorb, and implement in your daily life. The key to your expansion is applying and embodying the knowledge and awareness you receive in a session.

Your energy that I perceived was at such a high level that I felt love surrounding me and your love energy influenced my field. I returned more energetic from the session and it still keeps me going.
