Your Session
Prepare For Your Session
- If you’ve never meditated before, start a practice prior to your session, even if it’s just a few minutes each day. It is not a requirement, but it may help you establish a deeper connection with your higher self
- Prepare you list of questions for your higher self – things you want clarity on, like life purpose, health issues, or relationships. These questions guide the session.
- Reduce or abstain from alcohol for a few days prior to your session if you can (this gives your central nervous system a break and will help you relax easier)
- Eat a nutritious breakfast (avoid excessive caffeine)
- Take your normal medications/supplements
- Dress comfortably – sweats is perfectly okay.
- If you wear contacts, consider wearing glasses since your eyes will be closed for about 2 hours
- Trust yourself, & let go of doubt…be in a state of allowance as you relax and enjoy the exploration of your soul…your higher self will provide you with exactly what you need.
The Session Itself (5-6 Hours)
Interview (1-2 Hours)
We’ll sit and have a casual, in-depth chat. I’ll ask about your life, your questions, and anything you’re hoping to explore. This builds trust and helps me tailor the hypnosis to your unique needs. It’s relaxed, like talking to a curious friend.
Hypnosis Induction (30-45 Minutes)
You lie down, get comfy, and I’ll guide you into a deep trance using visualization and relaxation techniques. It’s not like stage hypnosis, there’s no clucking like a chicken. Most people describe it as a dreamy, floaty state where you’re aware but deeply relaxed, similar to that edge-of-sleep feeling.
The goal is to reach the state where your conscious mind steps back, and the higher self can come forward.
Exploration (1 Hour)
I allow you to go where you need to go, and you could find yourself describing vivid scenes, maybe a past life, a symbolic metaphor, or something unexpected. You might see yourself as a medieval farmer, an alien on another planet, or just feel abstract sensations. It varies wildly person-to-person and there is no wrong way to experience a session.
You’re not unconscious—you’ll often talk, describing what you see, feel, or hear, while I gently prompt you with questions like, “What’s happening now?” or “Where are you?”.
It’s not always linear or literal; some see it as the mind’s way of processing through imagination or memory. At times you don’t need the whole story, just a snapshot to shed insight to help you through your current life.
Higher Self Dialogue (1 Hour)
Once the exploration wraps up, I’ll ask your higher self to step in. This is where your prepped questions come up. The higher self might explain why you saw what you did, offer advice, or even suggest healing for physical or emotional issues.
People report this part feeling wise and loving, like tapping into a deeper intuition. Answers can be direct (“You’re stressed because X”) or cryptic, depending on what comes through.
Waking Up
I’ll gently bring you back to normal awareness, counting you out of hypnosis. You’ll likely feel refreshed, though some feel groggy at first, like waking from a nap.
What It Feels Like
Most say it’s peaceful and introspective, not scary. You’re in control and can stop anytime. It’s less about believing in past lives and more about what the experience reveals to you personally. Skeptics might see it as guided imagination; believers call it transformative and meaningful.
After the Session
Debrief
We’ll chat and reflect on what came up during the session as you ground your energy, hydrate, and eat a snack. An audio recording of the hypnosis session is yours to keep so you may revisit the magic anytime. You will receive the recording via Dropbox within 24 hours post session.
Integration
Experiences vary—some feel profound shifts immediately, others process it over days or weeks. You might notice new perspectives, emotional releases, or even physical changes.
Questions for your Higher Self
Prepare about 10-15 questions for your higher self. Allow yourself to become curious and be comfortable with feeling the freedom to ask anything you want. Below are some sample topics to get you started.
- Mission/purpose – why are you here
- Relationship troubles/disharmony/how to improve
- Finding love
- Repeating patterns/toxic relationships
- Lost time
- Dream inquiries
- Paranormal encounters
- Guidance on wellness/diet/activity/meds/supps
- Symptoms/disease/illness
- Addictions/bad habits
- Pets/animals
- Death/loss
Tips
- Use your mind’s eye to picture, imagine, and feel into everything that I am telling you in as much detail as you can.
- When I ask a question, always trust and say the VERY FIRST THING that comes to you. (The more you do this, the easier it gets.)
- When I ask you to see and imagine something, see it in as much detail as you can. This further activates the right brain and helps you to go deeper.
- Talk, talk talk! Tell me all the details, everything you see, feel, know, ect.
- Partake in a mindfulness practice if you don’t already, such as meditation, breath work, yoga, journaling, art in any form, tai chi, ect…anything that allows you to practice presence, focus, & relaxation.
After Care
Your session produces a frequency shift for you, and for some, this process takes a few days or weeks for full integration.
- Eat a meal as this will ground you
- Have a quiet evening and an early night if you feel a bit sleepy
- You may have vivid dreams for a few nights following your session
- Listen to your recording, ideally within 3 days following your session – this further assists your healing and integration
- Listen to your body – hydrate, rest, & ground as needed
